Grant Application and Report Forms

The Grant Application is being automated creating a streamlined process to request Grant funding by completing an online form.  Once the application is complete the user will just click on a submit button on the web page and it will be forwarded to the HCTC Grant Committee.  The ability to upload additional documents on the page will be available.

The new 2020 Grant Report should be available by March 1, 2020.  That form will function the same as the Grant Application described above.

If you need to submit a grant request prior to February 5, 2020 please contact Brigette Cook Jones at 317-477-8687 or email our office info@visitinhancock.org.

Waiting until after the new process is available still allows sufficient time for your grant to be reviewed and presented to the full HCTC in March 2020.
